Propose the project detailing complete job on a line item basis
Perform all permitting for each governing body involved in the project
Order all materials and supervise all progressions of the project
Call in all inspections and assure each are passed by governing body
Making sure job site is cleaned up on a daily basis
Collecting all progressive and final payments
Presenting the Client with final package that includes, guarantees, release of liens and history of all inspections that have passed highlighting the final inspection.
